Welcome to McKenley Tree Care. By requesting an estimate or hiring our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Estimates and Proposals
All estimates provided by McKinley Tree Care are valid for 30 days. Estimates are based on the condition of the trees and property at the time of the site visit. Any changes to the scope of work after the initial estimate may result in a price adjustment.
2. Safety and Access
The client must provide clear access to the work area. McKenley Tree Care reserves the right to postpone work if site conditions are deemed unsafe for our crew or equipment. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation systems, or invisible fences.
3. Insurance
McKenley Tree Care is fully insured with General Liability and Workers' Compensation. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
4. Scheduling and Weather
Tree work is highly weather-dependent. While we strive to honor all scheduled dates, we reserve the right to reschedule due to rain, high winds, or other hazardous conditions to ensure the safety of your property and our team.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept Cash, Check and Credit Cards.
